At Cosatto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
